Description
A quick and pretty treat that blends creamy white chocolate with tangy freeze-dried strawberries, perfect for gift-giving or a holiday indulgence.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 tsp vegetable oil (optional, for shine)
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Crush the freeze-dried strawberries in a small bowl or sealed bag until you have fine pieces and a little powder for swirls.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and the vegetable oil until well combined and pink flecks appear.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it into an even layer about 1/8–1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle additional crushed strawberries and sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still soft if desired.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the bark is completely set. Remove from the fridge, peel off the parchment, and break into pieces. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
Notes
For best results, use good-quality white chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container for optimal freshness.
