Description

Enjoy crispy, golden-brown hash browns made easily in a waffle maker. Perfect for breakfast or as a side dish!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups grated potatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated onion, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to incorporate.
  3. Brush the waffle maker plates with olive oil or cooking spray. Scoop a portion of the potato mixture into the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Remove the hash brown carefully with a spatula and repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, squeeze out excess moisture from the potatoes before mixing. Customize with spices or additional ingredients for different flavors.
