Instructions

- Brush the waffle maker plates with olive oil or cooking spray. Scoop a portion of the potato mixture into the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the hash brown carefully with a spatula and repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
