- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup soda water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth and strain to get fresh watermelon juice.
- In a pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice; stir gently.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir to chill thoroughly.
- Top with soda water and mix gently; garnish with mint leaves before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh to retain the fizz of the soda water. Can substitute with elderflower syrup for a non-alcoholic version.
