- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this mixture into the wet mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
- Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until edges are light golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
