Description

Deliciously soft and chewy white chocolate cookie bars, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this mixture into the wet mixture until well combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
  6. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until edges are light golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
