Description
A quick and easy festive candy made with creamy white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, crunchy graham crackers, and mini marshmallows, perfect for holidays or parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Measure all ingredients. Crush graham crackers into coarse crumbs and chop nuts if using. Have your sprinkles ready.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval until smooth and glossy. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Add the crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts (if using) to the chocolate mixture. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out into an even layer.
- Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours, or until the candy is firm. Once set, lift the parchment to remove the block and place it on a cutting board. Cut into 12 squares and sprinkle the tops with colorful sprinkles. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months. Let it set fully before cutting for clean squares.
