Description

Delightful treats combining the crunch of Rice Krispies with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate, perfect for parties or as a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows to the saucepan and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the Rice Krispies, stirring to coat the cereal evenly with the melted marshmallow mixture. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Once cooled, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then dip each Rice Krispie ball into the melted chocolate, letting any excess chocolate drip off. If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut or decorate with sprinkles. Place the finished balls on parchment paper and let them sit until the chocolate has set.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
