Description

A simple and refreshing snack made with blueberries and Greek yogurt, frozen into bite-sized clusters. Perfect for hot days or post-workout treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. If blueberries are frozen, rinse and pat dry.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, letting excess drip off, and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until yogurt coating is firm.
  5. Transfer frozen clusters to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Serve clusters straight from the freezer. For parties, arrange on a chilled platter. Best if consumed within 1–2 months.
