- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- Mix together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1 cup of beef broth in a bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
