Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Sift together flour and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this mixture to your butter blend, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced strawberries gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
