- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
This casserole is great on its own or served with garlic bread and a fresh salad. Adjust the salt and pepper according to your marinara’s sodium level.
