Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the baby carrots under cold water and pat them dry.
- Mix in a large bowl, add the baby carrots, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
