Description

This easy garlic butter baked salmon is tender, flaky, and glossy with a golden garlic-butter glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets and bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  4. Remove from the oven, rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables to soak up the garlic butter.
