This easy garlic butter baked salmon is tender, flaky, and glossy with a golden garlic-butter glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets and bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Remove from the oven, rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables to soak up the garlic butter.
