- 2 tablespoons milk

- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Sift the powdered sugar into a medium bowl to remove lumps.
- Add the milk to the powdered sugar a little at a time while stirring.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and press any lumps through a fine mesh.
- Adjust the glaze thickness by adding more powdered sugar or milk as needed.
- Add food coloring drop by drop and mix until even.
- Spoon or dip the cookies, then let them sit until the glaze sets.

Store unused glaze in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5–7 days.
