Description

A creamy, indulgent, and protein-packed ice cream made with wholesome ingredients. This guilt-free dessert combines the rich taste of cheesecake with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like honey, agave, or a sugar substitute)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (any type)
  • 12 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by hullling and slicing the strawberries.
  2. Combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, milk, and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a suitable container, cover it tightly, and place it in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. Process the frozen mixture in your Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for better flavor and consider adding coconut cream for extra creaminess.
