- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crusts in the cupcake liners.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Decorate with red and green sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Soften cream cheese fully and chill crusts briefly for best results. Add sprinkles just before serving to keep them crisp.
